Unfortunately, our stay was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was overcooked and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was poorly maintained. Our room was on the second floor, and the AC barely worked. We noticed the third floor was even worse, while the main floor seemed to be the only area that was actually cool. On top of that, the vending machines were not working. Overall, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected.

"Our room smelled musty and definitely could have been cleaner.. The bed spread on the couch had a big red stain on it. The carpet had a bunch of stains as well. Lots of dirt streak marks all over the room. Charging plug ins didn’t work by the bed. Staff were out back on their phone a lot. Never offered ..."
